      Good pay and benefits and vacation packages. Growing company in the oil industry. Has discounts for Ford personal vehicles for employees

      Cons

      Company has the most shady managers that will smile to your face and then make changes that will increase their bonus. Horrible work environment with the "you're walking on eggshells" attitude.

      Great Benefits and culture. Professional environment

      Cons

      Massive Layoffs, no job security because they are hiring overseas. But good severance package. It is very hard to move up, for some hard working and loyal people.
