Pros

- Great coworkers - Good to decent benefits

Cons

- Poor management resulting in ridiculously high turn over rate. There was a department with rounds and rounds of 100% turn over rate within Period of 6 months. Many employees were terminated quietly and many have left the firm within a very short period of time. Company and team moral, especially in the accounting department, was extremely low. - If you try to address the moral and employee recognition issues with management and HR, don’t even bother, because they would make it sound like they did not know anything about what is going on, and eventually you are the one being blamed for all the reasons that why everything happened. Overall, Management is Lacking of sense of responsibility. Management Leadership skill is another aspect of the high turn over rate. - Hard work and dedication won’t get recognized and appreciated. Unless you are the ones that belong to pre-determined promotion list, you will certainly get overlooked. Multiple instances of employees left the team for this same reason in a short time. So it said a lot of the promotion culture here. There were junior employee with limited experience but got promoted to management role within 2 months of joining the team, while others takes years and years of dedication and hard-work to prove themselves, and at the end was told by management that it has not been enough and the being blamed on for the reason being overlooked. At the same time, the punishment and discipline process for wrong doing is implemented very well and also very harsh (evidenced by many employees were terminated quietly). - Overall, This company embraces the problematic and contradicting culture when it comes to promotion, termination and retain talents.

Pros

Money, experience, not many up tight, lazy folks, and work with senior executives if you're good. The accounting and finance department is a joke

Cons

Sweatshop like culture, management is clueless, high turnover rate. Most can only take it there about 18 months, it's a nightmare.
