Pros

highly talented, vastly experienced and highly knowledgeable individuals in some departments

Cons

-cliques, and more cliques. -if you haven't worked with anyone here at a previous company, be prepared to be isolated and left out. -mean girls mentality in some of the departments. -upper management will mislead long term intentions/goals then change course with no notice or consideration outside their needs. -copying designs straight from vintage clothing or other brands. -branding or aesthetic of the clothing is so skewed and all over the place -if you have diverse skills that cross into multiple 'titles' or departments - DO NOT offer to help to take on more or expect to be used to your full potential. It was made VERY clear to me that I was hired for 1 role and despite being short staffed and overwhelmed in 2 other departments that I was very experienced in helping, my offer to help was declined (3-4 times).

Pros

The clothing packages are insane. Great People all around. Management really cares about you if you take things seriously and try hard.

Cons

Nothing really stands out to me

Pros

Literally none. I do not think I’ve had a job that made me nearly as upset as this one.

Cons

Management is extremely rude. Before I say this, I have served in the military and had numerous other high stress positions. I am currently working in one. The management here is absolutely horrendous. There is so much drama between all of the employees, especially the management. They push these sales tactics that really ends up making the customers upset. It’s a script to follow. Even upper management seemed to be passive aggressive, hypocritical and narcissistic. In addition to this, there is no break room. I noticed employees literally eat on the toilet or within feet of the restroom. Breaks are also the worst I’ve ever had. 7.5 hour 30 min break. It’s either walk 10 min out to your car and 10 min back, or sit near the restroom. Hope it’s not raining! Everything is very nit picky, and I feel like not only was I hardly trained, but I was also constantly harassed about every little thing I did wrong. I mean the slightest thing. And it wasn’t like “hey next time do this” it was basically hostile. And after 4 days and honestly only really one day of training I’m closing alone. I was not prepared at all. Bottom line: this job is a revolving door. I have met many people in this industry, and it sounds like most do not hear good things about this company.
