Pros
Good working environment. work life balance is very good. work from home option is good. Tax saving is good.
Cons
Everything is good but recently they hired a lot of the fool employees of conduent business service without interview(if interview of those employees were taken i think they won't be able to clear that) due to which you can find a lot of incompetent employees here so if you are coming via interview then you need to work more as these fool employees are not capable of doing anything.
