Pros

You get paid that's it really. Worst employer I have ever had. BY FAR.

Cons

Senior analysts are allowed to bully junior colleagues and pass off work to them with no repercussions. If you bring this up you will be reprimanded for "causing disruption". Raises and bonuses are a joke, literally does not keep up with inflation. Only here cause I needed a permanent job at the time, its safe while COVID is happening but once that's done so am I. Managers are on cruise control and don't manage they work. No training is provided you are just expected to know how to administer the accounts. Workload is unmanageable at times, no help from the so called "team", everyone is out for themselves. No communication from management, you will hear it from the grapevine months before official communication. No culture, no value placed on people. I have never worked somewhere where people do not greet each other when they come in or leave, its literally drones in cubes here. The business is actually quite lucrative but unless you are C-Suite or a higher up exec you will not be seeing any of it. They will work you to the bone and press you till you break. There is no work life balance they don't care once the processing gets done. Do not take a position here unless you absolutely need to and if you do, make moves to get out asap!
