Pros
BrowserStack is genuinely one of the best companies I've worked at, and I don't say that lightly. Being remote-first here actually means something. It's not just a cost-cutting move — they back it up with remote allowances so you can build a proper setup, and the expectation is simple: get the work done. No micromanagement, no location politics. The cadences they run for remote teams are excellent. They keep you connected without making it feel forced, and when you do visit the office, it's a great experience — the environment, the food, the staff all make it genuinely enjoyable. As a product company, the managers are grounded and understanding. Leave policies are handled with real trust — no interrogations, no unnecessary justifications required. That kind of respect goes a long way. Health insurance is solid and actually usable — the app is user-friendly, claims are processed smoothly, and I've personally used it quite a bit without hassle. People Ops is one of the most responsive I've seen. Any issue gets resolved fast, and they actually follow through. Overall, once you start here, it's hard to want to go elsewhere. Highly recommend.
Cons
Since it's fully remote, you don't always get a strong sense of who your colleagues are beyond work. More company-sponsored outings or in-person cadences would go a long way in building those connections
