An emotionally and mentally abusive place to work - Anonymous employee Broadridge Employee Review

My position was unique in that I had an unstable manager. He was emotionally and mentally abusive and tolerated a work envirornment that included employees who threatened the saftey and lives of co-workers. Unfortunately, this "manager" was tolerated and protected by the upper echalons of the organization.
