Pros

Company has a good reputation

Cons

Horrible benefits/ Maternity leave for women looking to have families. So bad it's insulting to work for them if you care your rights as a woman. For a company that is as big and is “doing well”, they only offer 1 week full paid and 5 weeks at 50% and everything else is Family leave act. Men in other firms get better leave than what they offer women here for actually having a child unless you have to go on bed rest. Pretty sure if you worked at McDonald’s and went on leave you’d get the same package…

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Broadridge. We wanted to provide some additional information that we hope can be of help. Broadridge prides itself on offering expansive benefits to our working parents, including ample time to bond with a new child. Our U.S. associates receive up to 9 weeks of 100% paid maternity leave after delivery. In addition, all U.S. associates (including birth mothers) are eligible for 6 weeks of paid leave (1 week at 100% and 5 weeks at 50%) under our New Parent Pay policy. Broadridge introduced this policy to expand upon our parental leave benefits and be inclusive of all parents, including those adopting. We encourage you to speak to your HR Business Partner or visit HR Connect (our internal HR portal) for more details and information.

Pros

You can test tactics, fail, learn, and it's a great place to try new things.

Cons

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
