Pros
Flexible work but located in a highly traffic-stricken location i.e. hard to reach during peak hours. Salary is good but HR has no idea on how to break down the salary.
Cons
Toxic work culture filled with bootlickers and incapable people who have no idea how to run a team nor respect an associate with dignity. Anytime layoffs is possible and quite open about it as well. All branding activities and initiatives are done to overshadow the toxis culture. Don't fall prey by seeing their philantrophic works and exclusive coverage by paid PR teams to promote the firm's brand.
