Can't get there from Coppell!! - Armed Guard/Armed Driver/Messenger Brink's, Incorporated Employee Review

Leadership above the local level is non existent. The people managing the business at a corporate level have NO IDEA what goes on it the branches!! LEAN - The company preaches it at every meeting and on every call. I'm not convinced they even understand how to apply it. I've read the materials as we are encouraged to do. But, the ideas are not practiced consistently. Absolutely no concern from senior management for the concerns of the employees doing the work.
