      Pros

      Most of the staff that work there are passionate about their work and do everything they can to better the lives of the providers and families and children they work with.

      Cons

      The leadership team openly plays favorites, keeps teams segregated so staff don’t talk across teams. Several of the managers are openly favorited by the current CEO and have no consequences for the acts of racism and other poor leadership skills they have.

      sometimes leadership is micro-manage-y & didn’t hold have things in place to hold white leadership accountable.

      People are welcoming, good mission

      Cons

      Lots of turnover. Management needs to hire competent people who understand how a nonprofit works, and that have the formal education for the position they hold.
