Unprofessional company - Anonymous employee Bridgetek Employee Review

Same as parent company FTDI. Unprofessional upper management, ethics and practices. Not much room for growth as management does not value ideas or hard work. Product not up to market standards. Fearful environment created by COO who consistently in a bad temper with lots of shoutings and vulgarities when bad mood. Staff live in culture of fear, and blame / finger pointing starts when things go wrong.
