The management, particularly an elderly female leader, tends to be quite rigid and resistant to change. The company feels outdated and struggles to progress. With no clear budgeting and a lack of modern tools, it’s challenging to achieve meaningful results. Overall, it feels like a poor use of time it is not worth considering for an interview.
