Pros

The general employee base is great. Really hard workers that turn into great colleagues and friends.

Cons

Behind the façade of caring about their employees, diversity, feedback and openness lies the truth. That truth being a partner and leadership group that uses their employees. Sweeps rampant gender inequality and sexual harrassment under the rug. Ignores feedback and shuts down openness by stealing credit for any good idea that comes from someone below a VP level. I was privy to many discussions about certain partners and leaders who openly harrassed, discriminated against, or both, females in the company, having excuses being made for them and it becoming a matter of "waiting for them to retire". I sat in multiple meetings with leaders making racist, anti-lgbtqia+ and sexist comments. When I repeatedly reported those comments I was told, "that's terrible but that is just so and so, they're harmless". There are many promises made at Bridge to keep their employees. Promises of promotions and raises. Though they rarely ever get met without the threat of leaving the organization. They have a policy in place to only allow certain promotions at certain times of the year which gets leveraged quite often to keep from promoting those that deserve it even though that policy gets set aside for certain individuals. All in all Bridge Investment Group has a very shiny façade that they hide many terrible things behind. If you are considering working here, I would reconsider.

Pros

Exposure to a variety of fund investments.

Cons

No transparency. The firm has merged with another company and there are currently many layoffs and resignations with no conversations from management.
