Very good and smooth conversations. They definitely look mainly for culture fit. Talks about hands on experience and basic professional values.

It was an easy and conversational initial round, though it's always possible to botch if you're not careful. Come in with curiosity and ask great questions. That's just generally the right thing to do in an interview.

Interview
Met with the recruiter for an initial phone screen. They were very professional and did a great job selling the benefits of the organization and the impact of the role. Ultimately, we both determined that the job was not the right fit. One unusual aspect is that VP positions report into Directors, which is reverse from most standard organizational structures.
