Pros

-Once or twice a year you get to go home an hour early

Cons

-You tell the management a personal problem (an illness in your family, or you have a serious illness yourself) he goes and gossips about it with customers and makes a joke of it -A company that gives nothing back -Manager treat staff awfully -Unprofessional -Fast turn over of staff -Manager gets discount but brags about giving it to his friends and not his staff -Talks to your awfully in front of customers and encourages them to treat you the same -A company with no progression -Tells you that they are giving other staff disciplinaries before it’s even happened and sometimes doesn’t go through with it -If you have too much work or struggling, you are told just to work longer hours and you have no support

Pros

-Tickets to concerts every once in a while -Very casual attire is acceptable in the work place -The HR Dept is excellent and is generally attentive to employee questions / concerns -Great benefits and subsidized MTA cards -Free T-shirts and other random merchandise...TONS of it -Most (**most**) of the employees are truly great people and a pleasure to work with

Cons

-Every department seems to be understaffed and most employees are stressed out of their minds -Atmosphere overall is very tense -When speaking with other colleagues about Bravado common themes of feeling under-appreciated and under-valued usually arise -The CEO is akin to a high school bully who enjoys name calling and throwing temper tantrums -Opportunity for financial growth is extremely limited. A promotion may occur but is frequently accompanied by much more responsibility than the raise was worth (this info was obtained by former Bravado employees and is backed by personal experience) -Very high turnover rate from both employees actively seeking and gaining employment elsewhere and terminations
