After submitting your resume online and going back and forth via email, HR calls you to review your resume. They want to understand your background, abilities and expectations. They proceed by submitting your profile to the team that will work with you and if you are a good fit will continue with further interviews.

Interview
Went to interview in person twice. Questions were not difficult and the process was organized. I thought all was well until I was asked about my ethnicity. Very uncomfortable and pretty sure this is not legal. Long behold I never received a response to even say I did not get the position. That in itself is rude and unprofessional.
