reat pay The company will put productivity in-front of SAFETY every time. Union is week but should call the MOL on a daily basis to stop this disregard to personal safety. Everyone is connected at the top. People doing jobs that they have no training for. Example graphic designer being a production manager or plant manager. HR allows themselves to be handcuffed so therefore is non-existent. People are viewed on cameras that are meant for safety but are used to spy on workers who then get disciplined. Plant is messy and unorganized. Cafeterias are gross. Best bet is to stay away form here or you'll go down with us,,, Company is using bogus temp agencies to save $$$ Company business statement is Productivity + Quality = Safety
