Pros

They pay well given you have extensive experience and print background.

Cons

If you are looking to take on a sweatshop like workload for a company with absolutely no culture/work perks of any kind, no job security and no work life balance, this is the place for you! From the moment I started, I knew it was the wrong choice to leave my previous place of employment. The buildings are old and very run down, offer no potable water and have a very serious mouse/cleanliness issue. I have extensive experience in this industry and the work load is like nothing I have ever seen before. They need to hire 4-6 more Account Managers (at a minimum) to be able to offer any sort of work-life balance to their severely overloaded employees. Otherwise, expect to be there for many late nights every day of the week with absolutely no resolve or recognition. If you are good at what you do, any promise of future growth or opportunities (offered during the interview process) within the company will be dissolved and you will be stuck in that position forever. No employee is safe, regardless of their tenure, commitment or contribution/value to the company. In my short time, I witnessed 4 Account Managers leave or be let go, and many others are not far behind. They will take everything you are willing to give, but offer nothing in return except lay you off shortly after hiring because they are financially unstable and cannot plan for their own future. Don't be blinded by a higher annual salary - you will regret leaving your secure place of employment. THE GRASS IS NOT GREENER. It is truly a horrible, horrible place to work.

Pros

It seemed great at first.

Cons

Hired in Feb/19 and let go in Apr. I heard about the revolving door of employees in the office at the Greenwich location and I should have listened before I relocated to Brantford. I personally witnessed 3 CSRs and 1 sales person leave (quit? let go?) in 2 months plus myself makes 5. I do not recommend if you want job security. I wasn't here long enough to know the politics but I definitely witnessed tears on more than one occasion. I just completed my intake at the local employment office and they knew all about Brant and their unethical business practices. I may have not the best employee but I was still a very good employee. I have been in the print industry for a very long time.

Pros

Free parking ? I guess.... Some of the staff is nice, too nice to be here. Not much more to add here

Cons

Conversations border on harassment, so many people in the office in tears because of this. They turn over this position so much - take that as a sign. It feels like everyone is related to or friends of other employees. The office is extremely dirty and not healthy in so many regards.
