-terrible upper management. Management in Singapore especially. zero capabilities in his/her role. Unable to teach, unable to guide and unable to onboard new joiners. Can’t even use any of the tools well enough, constantly relying on current sdrs to do his/her job. Fella has provided no training for the team claiming that he/her has no cold call skills prior to this job, hence unable to teach sdrs how to properly cold call. Uses YouTube videos as a reference on how to “motivate” and “train” which any of us figure out in our own. Upper management does not see this and believes in management’s capabilities as his/her only skill is being a great story teller. Telling upper management how he/she whips the team to achieve numbers, without them knowing he is actually doing absolutely nothing except repeating “where’s my numbers” without actually providing the team any feedback on how to achieve it. Has been called out for racist, sexist and inappropriate comments multiple times, but apparently brandwatch seems to accept such behaviour since it comes from a manager. Great culture brandwatch! If you actually look at what he/she does on a day to day basis, brandwatch would probably be better off hiring a preschooler to do his job, just to look at excel sheets which he didn’t create, repeat “where’s my numbers” and gawk at women who walk past him/her. Fella constantly lies on targets and benefits, just to get the team motivated to hit specific numbers. And when numbers are achieved what does he/she say? “Oh I don’t recall saying that” fella is also known to be highly sensitive, unable to take any form of feedback, considering it as a personal attack and he/she is getting bullied. Must have had a rough childhood.
