Pros

Very smart and hardworking colleagues.

Cons

As mentioned by other reviewers, Branch does not care about their employees: - Zero work life balance and you are expected to overwork without any recognition. - If you take leave days, you are being looked down upon, and people in the company are afraid to take leave. - Terrible company culture, no meritocracy, no career progression. - No transparency, plenty of politics & favouritism. Stay away.

Thank you for your feedback. We value all employee feedback and aim to address any themes we identify.I am sorry that you found your time at Branch challenging. We are indeed privileged to be working with some very talented and hardworking colleagues and value their efforts. Our employee wellbeing is a priority to us and we are always striving to find ways of improving this through regularly reviewing our policies on areas such as annual leave and PTO. Apart from these reviews, we are also closely working with Leadership Teams across the Company to ensure that we actively encourage colleagues to use their PTO and use the time to disconnect from the business and rest. We have endeavored to protect the entrepreneurial culture that is the foundation of Branch and believe we have rewarded colleagues who have shown such qualities .We are far from the finished product but as we grow, we hope to make career paths clearer and support them with policies and practices that continue to recognize and reward individuals in a fair and transparent manner. Please email hr@branch.io if you would like to discuss your feedback further.

Pros

Good, helpful and friendly colleagues.

Cons

While the day-to-day team members are incredibly talented, hardworking, and supportive, the overall company culture suffers due to upper management.
