Pros

- Very talented engineering and partner integration teams. - Free lunch.

Cons

Despite the engineering hype, the sales side, ie "partner growth" is an utter failure. Management is populated by people with no experience in closing deals, and it shows; numbers are being missed in major ways, and the plan for fixing it is largely to work harder at the same failing methods. You will have absolutely zero work life balance if you work here, and not in a cute way. I've never seen a company where people are this tired, and miss this much work because of illness. Any talk of "marathon of sprints" is simply indicative of the immaturity of the founders. And again, the sad part is that it's needless- the company does not get better results, it just gets burned out employees. The professed cultural values are lessons in hypocrisy. "Radical transparency" is a pure lie, the company is crippled by political battles, and the founders govern not by any input from teams, but by what their own beliefs are. I'm writing this over Glassdoor, because providing feedback via the company's own methods is a surefire way to fall out of favor with the management. Image is everything with Branch; many of the reviews here are fake, and the company very actively solicits employees to rate the company as 5-stars upon joining. DO NOT believe their internal hype.

Pros

Good, helpful and friendly colleagues.

Cons

While the day-to-day team members are incredibly talented, hardworking, and supportive, the overall company culture suffers due to upper management.
