Pros
Very helpful and friendly team. Catered lunch that the company provides. Everyone is highly motivated and strongly believe in the company goals. A lot of emphasis is put on culture, it's very refreshing to be in a place with no politics and one that actively discourages it.
Cons
Open seating plan right next to the kitchen can get a little noisy. Being a startup, and depending on your team, the work can be demanding.
