You could be working for a terrible and completely incompetent property manager onsite. Even if you're doing a great job and not making any mistakes, if they decide they don't like you, they'll fire you for no reason at all. Not all of them are like this. If you're lucky enough to get good property manager, you will enjoy your time here. But... you do work 3 weekends a month and get very little pay. Especially if you are living on your own. This isn't that bad IF you have a good property manager! It's sad how much it revolves around that. They can easily be deceitful and trick you into think that they're "on your team" when in reality they lie to you. And it's evident when you go straight to the source and the "source" where they supposedly got their information from has no idea what they're talking about.
