      Pros

      The executives, owners, employees are all extremely nice. Employees all look and act very professional. If you are a young (under 30) attractive, recent college grad you will do great here.

      Cons

      They like to hire only straight out of college for entry level or mid level positions. They should consider seasoned employees for these roles also. I've seen people with great experience be turned away and someone straight out of an internship or college be hired. I'm sure these people will take lower pay and work very hard but they are missing what an experienced professional can bring to a role.
