Pros

Always training opportunities. Always internal job openings around the east coast. You're held to a high standard and everyone is actually trying to do their job well. The name really sells. Bozzuto consistently manages the most beautiful and well-kept properties. Even the Awards party was well-done. This is a company firing on all-cylinders.

Cons

I have been working hard and wanted to better my situation. The internal recruiter even highly recommended me. I was flatly turned down by my new managers for an opportunity to interview internally for another position. (I've already had FOUR new managers at my lease up. Turnover is a disaster here as in this industry overall) My managers wanted to reduce the turnover. That's the only reason I was turned down a chance for promotion. The 3-11 concierge shift is TOUGH if you want to achieve anything. You don't work during normal business hours so contacting vendors for events is difficult. Same with trying to build rapport with the office staff who are running out the door as you BEGIN your shift. You interact with literally all the residents coming home but have no directive to actually do more than coddle them until the office opens or maintenance returns. The 3-11 concierge is often ignored and made unimportant. Plus they forget to order me lunch when the office pays. I like Cheesecake Factory, guys. Come on. (I know I'm complaining a lot. This is a monologue. And I'm frustrated.)
