Pros
BLS understands the importance of balance between work life and home life so they offer extreme flexibility in working hours and adequate PTO. They offer quarterly bonus opportunities which really adds up. I feel like I am more than just a number and I have always been offered opportunities to give my feedback on projects. I feel like my opinion is valued as well as the others on my team. BLS offers lots of small perks that for most companies are no longer a thing, examples such as Skyline Day, BLS Bucks, Kona Ice Day. The little things mean a lot and I appreciate them. Also, the company just continues to grow. The security you feel from being with a growing company is a wonderful peace to have in the day to day environment. It is never discouraged to transfer to new departments within and there are always opportunities for advancement for those willing to put in the time and effort. I've had the opportunity to work with some amazing folks that are more than just coworkers, they are like family. 99% of the company is more than willing to go above and beyond to help you learn and be successful.
Cons
Parking is a small issue but that's because we are a growing company and are in need of a larger facility. That isn't a bad problem to have!
