Great teammates. Fosters a culture of acceptance and growth

Cons

The perks or benefits were cut-rate. Very chinsy 401K where their annual match was optional with a laughable annual cap on match. Healthcare options were cheap with only high deductible options. And you're expected to work holidays or use your PTO for holiday time off.
