      Ownership cares and is involved in all departments. Very supportive and good compensation.

      Cons

      sodo is out of the way and hard to get to. Christmas time the work is very demanding.

      Pros

      The "boots on the ground" team is great. I love working with some amazing technicans.

      Cons

      Literally everything else here sucks. Low wages, poor benefits, terrible managmnet and communication, dictatorship like leadership. You never know when you'll get fired. We are hemorrhaging good people and accounts because of the horrible managment. The real workers are taking the fall for waterver this 'leadership' is. This company deserves to crumble and I can't wait to see it happen.
