      Pros

      The "boots on the ground" team is great. I love working with some amazing technicans.

      Cons

      Literally everything else here sucks. Low wages, poor benefits, terrible managmnet and communication, dictatorship like leadership. You never know when you'll get fired. We are hemorrhaging good people and accounts because of the horrible managment. The real workers are taking the fall for waterver this 'leadership' is. This company deserves to crumble and I can't wait to see it happen.

      Zero. Literally not one single positive thing about this company.

      Cons

      Literally the worst company I’ve worked for. They don’t appreciate talent or recognize hard working employees. They do not know how to take knowledge, ideas or recommendations from experienced horticulturists. The majority of workers, prune improperly and need training. Management is some of the worst I’ve seen, terrible at basic communication. Management knows nothing about fertilization, and over fertilize to toxic levels.

      All employees are in this together. We help and support each other, protect each other from the brutal managers!

      Cons

      Employees were expected to work long hours if management does. If you get off work on time, you will be gaslit by the manager who didn't know anything about leadership. He's just a bully who got his position due to nepotism!
