      Pros

      Holiday was a fun team to work with - creative folks that keep things lively when the hours get long. Botanical hires from within so after the holiday season...many of us were hired to work in the plant division. Ooh and lots of yummy snacks to keep us going!

      Cons

      Would love a few extra $'s (wouldn't we all) but lots of opportunities for OT.

      Pros

      The "boots on the ground" team is great. I love working with some amazing technicans.

      Cons

      Literally everything else here sucks. Low wages, poor benefits, terrible managmnet and communication, dictatorship like leadership. You never know when you'll get fired. We are hemorrhaging good people and accounts because of the horrible managment. The real workers are taking the fall for waterver this 'leadership' is. This company deserves to crumble and I can't wait to see it happen.
