      Starting off was great, a company I could have seen myself retiring with, but the company is moving support staff to Costa Rica and the value is no longer placed on the people as they claim but is all about the money

      You know what you're getting yourself into. It's a fantastic place to meet people and get started on your professional career.

      Cons

      Micromanaging and unrealistic expectations arise when your team doesn't have trust. Also, consulting work in general is decreasing in quality and scope since AI can do so much.
