      Pros

      Fun place to work with lots of great people... To bad they're all jobless now...

      Cons

      They hired people through a contract company (Randstad) and told everyone it was a temp to perm situation... However, they made a "business decision" to move the call center (which was always US based) to the Philippines.

      Major transformation in progress. New Senior Leadership team making all the right moves. Transparent executive communications to employees. Shedding the old obsolete ways while keeping the Bose Essence
