      Great products and product innovation. New Bonus Scheme is incredibly rewarding when exceeding targets. The company is 100% passionate about our customers, always putting them first.

      Cons

      Targets are sometimes a complete stab in the dark. Lots of people who have no idea what they're truly doing and have little or no accountability. Ambitious goals but no real, tangible direction. No promotion of genuine talent..
