      Flexible schedule, employee pricing perks,

      Cons

      The company use to be very good, but Bain came in and did a major L1 L2 restructuring. The company is working through that painful change. Alot of the managers are still in place, and looks like it will be alot of the same with less people and resources. Really bad morale currently.

      Major transformation in progress. New Senior Leadership team making all the right moves. Transparent executive communications to employees. Shedding the old obsolete ways while keeping the Bose Essence
