Pros
Good work-life balance, decent benefits, and opportunity for personal development. You can learn a lot about lean manufacturing working for Bose. The atmosphere tends to be relaxed more often than not.
Cons
Very little patience for somebody green to learn the ropes. A bit of an old-school culture when it comes to speaking your mind and offering your opinions. i.e., don't do it unless you have a few years in the organization. The company is going big-time corporate. The main focus of the company is shifting away from innovation and high-quality products to increasing the bottom line by any means necessary.
