      Pros

      You can have a great experience here if you work in the right group. Open door policy, but it can backfire (see below).

      Cons

      There is a lot of upward management and managers do not care about their employes. Very poliical old boy / old girl network. If you get on the wrong side of someone they cab ruin your career.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      Cons

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
