      Pros

      Passionate co-workers, pension plan still offered

      Cons

      Concerned about the future of this company. Constant re-orgs makes it hard for the company to plan beyond the current fiscal. The overall morale is abysmal with layoff every 6 months for 4+ years running. Unable to launch a competitive product in a reasonable amount of time/price point. While many co-workers love the company, it is losing the magic that made people stay for 20+ years. Hope the new CEO (3rd in 3 years) will be able to turn the ship.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
