Downward spiral- don’t go there! - Anonymous employee Bose Employee Review

For almost 10 years the organization is undergoing yearly large reorganizations. Also management keeps coming and going, including constant (yearly...) different visions and direction of leadership that often even are contradicting. It feels like watching a table tennis game. There is no stability in the organization and people are worried, unhappy and not even bothered anymore if things don’t work out. Products get delayed, cancelled or pulled back. And now all stores worldwide will be closed. Ongoing more and more work is outsourced. And the magic work is ‘cut costs’ . What was once a top end research and engineering company is now only a sales and marketing company. Many nice words are presented by leadership but they struggle to put their words in actions. So who believes their next presentations. I believe most people stay because of the good salary’s and life-work balance.
