      Pros

      I worked at Bose for more than 10 years. Great products, great people and great company. I got to travel the world, and make life long friends.

      Cons

      Annual layoffs--unfortunately some good people leave on just financial reasons, not necessarily on job performance. No guarantee that you will be there if times get tough.

      Great team to work with. All of them are passionate about the work and have outstanding individual design skills that reflect in the products they release.

      The team is getting smaller and smaller, much like some reviews, the company seems to care less about the future development.
