      Pros

      A very relaxed yet well paced environment; not driven by quarterly reports. Plenty of great engineers to work with. Employee discounts are pretty nice. You get to work on projects/concepts that will most likely make it to market.

      Cons

      The culture is great as long as you understand it. Limited parking near some of the facilities. Eating only in the cafe.

      Major transformation in progress. New Senior Leadership team making all the right moves. Transparent executive communications to employees. Shedding the old obsolete ways while keeping the Bose Essence
