Pros
During my time there, I was able to take on roles that played to my strengths but also stretched me. I always felt supported and that my input was valued.
Cons
Like any organization, Bose is not for everyone. If you like to have a clear career path, you're not likely to find it here. Bose is for people who take initiative and don't care who gets the credit. The culture is very relationship oriented (a pro for most) but I put it here in case readers don't value a highly collaborative culture (some have called it too inclusive).
