Pros
Tech is high-quality and their standards are set high for product releases. People are smart and strategic, not too much drama. Decent work/life balance, it can get busy at times but no one is really staying past at 8 pm.
Cons
Corp offices are not designed well, stuck in the 80s. The orange color is hideous. Cafeteria sucks!! They charge too much for high-school quality food. For a company founded by an Indian, there is zero Indian food in the cafe. Everything is outdated and the use of styrofoam is bad, zero commitment to the environment. Modernize the workplace, there are no places to sit for a chat, or enjoy a meal outside of the high-school cafeteria. Conference rooms are too few and more open spaces are needed especially if you want hire younger people, every dept says that's a challenge for them. Change things if you want new blood = new ideas.
