      Pros

      Good benefit package. Highly recognized company. There are still some good people left. If you can work for one of the few good managers left, you will shine.

      Cons

      The general atmosphere is paranoia, low moral and uncertainty. When Bose had it's second round of layoffs they let go so many highly qualified, good people and kept many bad employees. Now the general feeling is watch your back. It looks like Bose just wants to sell personal audio and only to mass retailers and online retailers. I don't think all this would be going on if Dr. Bose was still around. Bane Capital has ruined a great company

      Major transformation in progress. New Senior Leadership team making all the right moves. Transparent executive communications to employees. Shedding the old obsolete ways while keeping the Bose Essence

      Lots of change all at once (but it is communicated - it is not a surprise)
