Some fantastic people to work with. Used to have a depth of knowledge that seemed nearly endless. Good benefits.
Cons
Went through a period of restructuring/changes that left one's head spinning, and wondering how long it would be until you found yourself on the chopping block. What used to be a company that one aspired to work for, that one felt proud about telling their family about, has turned into just another global company. I am left feeling that everything is now average, and I'm just a number that could be easily let go whenever it's decided they can outsource my job. In talking to others and researching salary averages for what I do, I found it's rather abysmal in comparison. I don't look for comps anymore, it's too depressing. But hey, at least I have a job, unlike a lot of my former coworkers.
