Pros

Good engineering teams and lower/middle management are responsive and professional. Good overall working environment and culture

Cons

Upper management needs work on properly planning out new business. Product development processes are also in need of finalization and implementation. On-site work can also be frustrating due to overemphasis on hotel desks if you don't or can't show up 5 days a week. I lived over an away from the office and was hired on the premise of remote work with 2 days in office with proper desks and equipment. This was changed without announcement once we moved buildings with the caveat that I could have a desk and permanent equipment after a full year of consistent office work which was not part of my original agreement with no means of negotiation. This severely hurt in-office performance since desks were always changing and equipment would never remain in place for long. IT was also no help other than just constantly replacing equipment with old and outdated stock each time I would come into the office to barren desks.
