- Bright, talented, high-achieving team in Waterloo - Excellent local office culture - Great office space and convenient location - Some interesting projects with top OEMs

Cons

- Upper management is disorganised, disjointed, and slow to react - Very limited opportunities for career advancement / growth (process is slow, convoluted, and unequitable) - Below average compensation for the area, although benefits are decent - Company is struggling to establish a foothold in the EV space (lots of cancelled / delayed projects, no clear product development path) - Highly risk-averse approach to R&D, with tight budgets and a conservative development approach
