Pros

Good salary, decent bonus, and vacation allotment. Floor employees are hard working and knowledgeable.

Cons

I feel that this company is biased and does not prefer women in management, specifically in supervision. I was warned of this when I first became a Borg Warner employee. I feel that Borg Warner prefers a fear based style of leadership rather than promoting employee engagement. I treated my employees as valuable assets that they were and my employees consistently outperformed the other employees on the other shifts. I was robbed of continuous improvement ideas, especially two that saved the company thousands of dollars annually. If you are a woman, beware...
