BookMyShow is a place that fosters innovation and we believe in providing full autonomy to our people to experiment and even fail fast so that we can learn from it and step closer to success. You've rightly mentioned about the good learning curve here which is only because of the kind of freedom we provide our employees to grow and excel in whatever they do. The culture in every organization is a constantly evolving factor and does not remain dormant and it should be fluidic and constantly changing as that keeps the organization young and nimble. We believe in the Stay Hungry Stay Foolish philosophy which allows us to adapt to situations in the best possible way and the last 1 year has been a testament to that. Not only did we adapt to this period that was exceptionally challenging for us but we came out as a strong, indefatigable organization who will keep on moving forward no matter what hurdles come our way. Our work culture has forever been one of our core USPs and we are certain that it will keep evolving in the right direction, given the kind of people we have. Also, we believe that every person is different and needs to be looked at from a different non judgmental perspective and we are very accommodating with everyone. We believe our technology team is in good hands and we know of many people who'd agree to the same as the culture is now focused on high performance and productivity.
