      A really good employer who really cares about the employees well being.

      Cons

      Slow and low salary improvement. It's now july and I haven't recieved this years salary increase, because Bonnier News doesn't own the salary negotiations, the union does.

      Pros

      Bonnier has an excellent HR department and good benefits. Nice office, too.

      Cons

      Bonnier really has no clue or commitment on how to leverage their online businesses. There are cumbersome overlaps in sales territories with the result that any one account manager may be the 5th or 6th person to call on an agency in any given week. All the business units act independently with no efficiencies across audiences. Stay away from any 'cross-brand' duties - the inanity will unnerve you.
